I bought this hat because I was in need of a new fishing hat after I lost my old one. After receiving the hat of course I tested it out. The hat itself looks very high quality for the price. And no sun gets in your eyes while wearing it which is the main purpose of the hat. The only downside I have is the comfort. It kind of pushes into your forehead a bit and can be a bit uncomfortable if you wear it for long periods. If you're looking for a hat just to wear outside for a few hours than this hat can be good. But if you are like me and like wearing hats for a lot more than just a few hours, I don't think this is the right choice for you.

I bought one of these hats previously and liked it; however, when I ordered this yellow hat it is made from different, heavier material which is hot when out in the sun

I was skeptical but ordered anyway. The hat does what it says. It is lightweight and while it is still hot out and I am still hot, the hat does seem to make it tolerable. My head does not get wet, or sweat. When I took the cap off, I still had hat head, but it was not wet hat head. If anything the top of the hat dried out too quickly. I used it on a recent vacation out west in 107 degree weather. The only complaint I had was I thought the back opening was a bit too small. I am used to carrying my cap around my wrist through the back when not in use, but the opening was too small and I was not able to put my hand through it.

I bought this hat hoping it would help with my excess sweating. Most hats just make the sweat worse, but I need a had when I am in the sun. When this hat gets wet from the sweat I cannot tell any difference. It continues to feel light and comfortable, and wicks away the moisture. It does what I had hoped it would do.P.S. - I am not a runner :)

This hat is more than expected, I don't sweat, it's super lightweight and is so comfortableI work with a maintenance crew and they will be ordering some as wellas a matter a fact I need another one

Appears well made. Comfortable, I haven't tested it wet for cooling but it does the job as a good SPF hat. Extremely bright so the wearer can be spotted from a distance or in a crowd.

I am so not a hat person but I needed something for these hot summer months playing pickleball outside. This hat is SUPER lightweight and floppy but not once on your head. It fits maybe a bit deep, but it's workable. Also the brim is able to be shaped however you want it. PERFECT breathable sun hat!
