Dul Series SB-41. I ordered a 1/16 burr bit and it is advertised as such but how can this be? Here it is side by side next to a 1/16 drill bit. It obviously is wider in diameter. Is there something I don't know about burr bits and their sizing? Any replies are welcome.

My use is fairly unique. Used to de-burr the half-round holes bored into PVC trim board for accents (similar to spots on dominoes) . Rotary burr tears through the pvc leaving a nice smooth hole.

Tool works well and shows no wear after quite a bit of use.

This is a great burr, sharp, durable and very tough. I real use my tools, I have a professional metal business, so literally this is used extensively on a daily basis. Even when it has been abused, bot on purpose I might add, but an accidental hangup or rough cut that would bend the shank of other burrs on the market these ones still run true and do not deform. Basically if you want a good carbide burr that will last most homeowners or hobbyist a lifetime then this is it. I have some of these that have 100's of hours worth of use on them and they are still milling A500 steel like butter. Little word of advice from a professional, if you are going to use these extensively invest in some good cutting oil, it will give you a better finish, increase the material removal, increase the life of the tool and keep the burr sharp and limit clogs, especially in materials like aluminum or lead. Follow that easy rule and they will cut like no other! I am not a paid spokesperson or affiliated with the company at all. I work installing window blinds....this tool has been invaluable to deburr and enlarge pieces of window blinds. Excellent tool.

We bought this burr to remove weld seam from a 6 foot piece of square tubing. For a cheap burr this thing will eat....after grinding 6 foot of weld seam (note we made a custom block with bearings for it to sit in while cutting) the burr is still in great shape, not a single chip in any of the cutting teeth....will be buying this again just to have backups. Highly recommend....

I purchased this to use on mild steel, the edges on the bit rolled over within a few minutes and was useless.. Ordered a name brand bit and ive gotten more than 100 hours of it with none of the issues i had with this one.. tried to reach out to merchant with no success.
