Hard to believe - this is what I got . I bought it to drill steel and steel only. When I opened it, I found it used and caked with some white stuff. The one star is because I assume that the guy who returned it thought it wasn't very good. Having already wasted enough time on this review, I won't return it so it can be sent to someone else.
