Mission: DHC exists to improve the health of DuPage County developing innovative and collaborative approaches to complex health access problems. Guided by a belief that income should not be a barrier to good health, our mission is to develop and sustain a system for effectively and efficiently managing the health of low-income residents across the continuum of care. Our mission is discharged through direct service programs like Access DuPage (health access for the insurance ineligible), Silver Access ACA Premium Assistance, and the DuPage Dispensary of Hope (free pharmaceuticals for the uninsured). All programs are designed to keep DuPage residents healthy, regardless of their ability to pay.

Heavily dependent on grant funding and donations, DHC collaborates with a diversified network of partners, many of whom commit substantial funds annually. We are careful stewards of our resources and 95% of revenue goes directly to patient care.

DuPage Health Coalition is a 501(c)(3) organization, with an IRS ruling year of 2002, and donations are tax-deductible.
