I mix garlic and onion powders and use this on much of my cooking. But onion powder is so much more expensive than garlic powder -- glad to know you can buy it in a larger quantity that is well priced and excellent quality. Will buy again.

The consistency is strange. Some bottles are like powder and turns cakey when mixing. Other bottles are actually granulated and are awesome.
