I add this to many foods to enhance the flavor of them.I decant the powder from this size to the smaller size one I bought first, since I use that one daily.This product is packaged well and tastes very good.I use it in soups, salads, entrees.

I make a lot of spice mixes. Cajun, Tejano, California, Italian and so forth. Nearly all of them require onion in some form. Granulated is a more measurable than flakes and you don't get too much of it like you can with powder.
