Im new-er to cardamom. Im a religious ingredient reader lol. Even if not caring about ingredients i still read while of any and all bottles boxes etc.. ,what iv noticed on so many bags granola and oatmeals and muesli that i love, is that contain Cardamom. I finally ordered some. Glad i did. That's what i use it for, i add to oatmeal. If I'm mashing up bananas for oats, I'll mash it with cardamom (nutmeg cinnamon brown sugar) alwzz nutmeg. I use a knife bump size just tiny bit on end of knife. It is delicious! Im a vegetarian, i eat ALOT of Oatmeal. So far that's only thing iv used it for. I could see using in butternut sauce. (Chopped onions, chopped garlic,very finely. I use olive oil, sprinkle with Nutmeg/Sage/Cinnamon and get the aromatics going good, dump in can tomato or fresh cut tomato. And butternut cubes(precooked) for any kind of pumpkin/butternut ravioli ,gnocchi ,pasta. Next time, I'll use cardamom too, with the aromatics)
