We use granulated garlic like crazy in this house and this amount for the price is a bargain compared to what's in the stores. The grocery store doesn't even have this size. Tastes good and I've bought it multiple times, would recommend it to any garlic lover.

Easy to mix with oils, liquids. Tasty garlic flavor. I make garlic butter with it, delicious.

The value is relevantly to what chefs want. I use a lot of Garlic powder and onion powder I make my own blends of spices. Over the years I have had cheap and more expensive and this one can do the trick. I make my own Ranch seasoning, so the granulated spices I do not use I use the powder. I make my own trail mix and I use the granulated for that, my extra boost in sauces and dips. Remember this tip Granulated takes longer to dissolve in dips, but takes less amounts compared to the powdered. Powder works better in sour cream or soft cream dips.

I have been blown away recently by the crazy prices in grocery stores for a much smaller container of garlic powder (blown away by the price of everything, really) so when I saw this large container at such a great price it was kind of a no brainer. It's fresh, flavorful and affordable. This will be the only way I purchase garlic powder from now on.
