I prefer these granules to garlic powder, which cakes in the bottom of the jar, and minced garlic in a jar, which doesn't keep as long and seems to get a strong bitter flavor over time.

I'm a chef, and I generally grow my own herbs and I always use fresh garlic. I bought this granulated garlic just to see what all the fuss was about in the ratings. This product is a great value for for large families or ppl like me who love garlic. Try it out. For dried garlic it's flavorful and you get a LOT for the money.

I buy this tub of garlic about every 2 months. It is the best value and has a great taste. Not too sharp like some value brands. Sweet, bold, perfect for seasoning dishes or adding to your cooked foods. Great for making bbq rubs. I highly recommend for the home or professional cook.

I use so much garlic that I'm probably 8 garlic by now, so this was awesome. Great price, came in perfect condition, great quality in taste. Definitely recommend.
