There is nothing to dislike about this product. Taste is great (if you like straight garlic!). Price is also great. This off-brand seems much better all-around than the usual brand-name products. You will not be disappointed.

I absolutely love this. I'd rather use it instead of fresh garlic simply because it's just as good if not better. It also lasts a whole lot longer. No more throwing out garlic because it's bad or forgotten about lol This is a great alternative!

I cook a lot especially due to the highest inflation rate in 40 years. Our grocery bill went up 75 in Florida. So we are eating strictly at home meaning I got to expand my cooking skills which is pretty good so far. I love Chef John's youtube channel and owe a lot of what I learned from him. Basically I use a lot of spices so buying the small bottles at Publix or grocery store is cost prohibitive. Bulk purchasing save a ton of money and that is key to help survive our historic inflation situation.

We go through a lot of garlic in our house. This has great flavor and texture. Much better value than the dollar store bottles and the name brand ones. I think we paid about 1/2 the cost of the name brand and there is no flavor difference.

No it's not some exotic blend . It is however as described. Flavor dryness,consistency of granules are all very good.
