I've used granulated garlic for decades, over garlic powder. Truly better, stronger taste than powder and this is a great deal. Plus, once you are finally done with the garlic, wash, air out, and reuse the containers for a plethora of things. The jars are useful, too!Snacks, pet snacks, storing small holiday decor, orgaizing craft/painting/sewing items, etc. I do this with the screw top plastic square jars that cat treats, nut mixes, etc. come in. They also work great in cabinets with the square shape, for coffee, flour, pasta, etc. so you are recycling instead of polluting.

I don't think I realized how HUGE these containers would be. I'm going to be sick of garlic before I finish this off. I may worry about a lot of things, but not running out of garlic powder. I've got that covered!
