This is fresh flavor. We use it fairly quickly so we get the big size and we don't have a problem with caking but again this is used quickly in our home.

Arrived quickly, open it and the sweet smell of garlic! In dry spices, the aroma lets you know if its fresh or not. Great value and taste.

This is great granulated garlic powder. It carries great flavor and is fragrant while cooking. Very good stuff. The 2lb bottle is a bit heavy to for using as a shaker. We've transferred ours to smaller containers to avoid the stress on the wrist. Overall great garlic. I'm very pleased with it and would gladly buy it again.

I like garlic powder to enhance the flavor of garlic in what I'm cooking. Especially if I don't have fresh garlic.

I got this item because I needed bulk garlic powder. I cold smoked the entire amount and then put it in smaller containers. I also used the smoked product along with smoked salt and pepper and made a blend of them.

This is great on my salads, eggs and any other dish that uses garlic powder. The taste is good. My only problem is that the holes are too large. I guess that's good for the manufacturer, but as far as I'm concerned not so good for the user. I put a screen in the lid so it would pour less. With this purchase I won't remove the paper insert, I'll just punch small holes in the paper. Hopefully, that will help.

If it's cheaper per oz than what you can find at your market, then just get this. It's the same exact thing. Real garlic! Always make sure to check pricing first.
