This thing is huge and we like a lot of garlic in my family and since the purchase I still have plenty left so what a great size and price and value and the quality is great I wonder what other spices and herbs they carry in this size and brand imma check.

I mix this granulated garlic with coarse black pepper for an all-round great tasting cooking spice (stir fry, steak, etc.).

I'm just tired of purchasing the small size every other week. I used garlic as a supplement for my horsesto ward off flies, nates other pests. Once it is in their system it works, especially when they sweat.

This garlic was quite strong (which was awesome) compared to the one I ran out of....maybe the older one was just too old ...The holes in the lid are WAY TOO BIG for sprinkling. Fortunately the lid from my last container fit

The best thing about this garlic powder is its consistency. One bottle tastes exactly like the others. I cook a lot and use this for all kinds of recipes that call for garlic powder, and it is an acceptable substitute when I don't feel like (or have any on hand) fresh garlic. I use it in soups, stews, salad dressings, rubs and seasonings for meats, etc. This large bottle lasts me about 10 months and it stay fresh until I use the last of it. I do like the fact that even when you use a lot in a recipe, it never gets a bitter taster or that nasty cardboard taste that you get with the really cheap garlic powder
