Large container saves a little money at the price point I paid (subject to change) I use a lot of garlic fresh and granulated. This is just as good as any name brand I've used in the past. Nothing negative to say here.

I love garlic, and this is a great way to get it without having to worry about bulbs going to pot. As with the onion powder, have to pour slow, otherwise you have garlic flying in the air!

I'm an 'add one clove of garlic' isn't enough kind of person, I use garlic and sprinkle more garlic powder into what I'm making... I love garlic powder a lot, a popular name brand used to be my favorite, but now this is.I really like it and can taste the garlicy-ness of it, when I run out of cloves.

I've been using granulated garlic for years. I can't be without it. Rarely do I have to chop fresh garlic as the granulated garlic works fine in most dishes. Granulated garlic provides the nice pungent smell and flavor of fresh garlic without the hassle. I always use Granulated NOT powder. No comparison between the two. Good price as well.
