The value is relevantly to what chefs want. I use a lot of Garlic powder and onion powder I make my own blends of spices. Over the years I have had cheap and more expensive and this one can do the trick. I make my own Ranch seasoning, so the granulated spices I do not use I use the powder. I make my own trail mix and I use the granulated for that, my extra boost in sauces and dips. Remember this tip Granulated takes longer to dissolve in dips, but takes less amounts compared to the powdered. Powder works better in sour cream or soft cream dips.
