Programs: Victims' assistance unit - professional victim's advocates provide crisis intervention to domestic violence victims; provide counseling to adults and children who have witnessed domestic violence; provide legal assistance. Empowerment services - wrap around community and social service to enable victims to become economically empowered, self-sufficient and live violence free lives.
