I bought this for my gout and I have to say it did bring the swelling down on my foot. Can't imagine the other benefits from this cherry juice.

Like the taste and hopefully for flexibility of muscles.

First time trying such a product. I love that it's organic and unsweetened and in good packaging. Just decided to try this, primarily because my uric acid serum levels are on the high end (6.3 female) and because I've read about the (possible) health benefits of tart cherries. I've only taken it a couple days so far, so I can't report on much yet, but I love the taste. I'm taking 2 tablespoons (plain as is) around bedtime, as tart cherries are shown to increase melatonin levels. Since it's only been a couple days, I can't reliably comment on the effect (if any) on sleep quality, but I have slept well both nights so far. If I notice an improvement in sleep quality or pain relief after finishing the first bottle, I will update my comments here and recommend the product to my dad who also suffers from sleep problems and high uric acid (which can lead to gout and kidney stones). Separate from taking this juice, I also mix a small amount of psyllium husk with a little water and drink before bed in order to add to my fiber intake. The cherry juice tastes so good plain that I don't want to dilute it. I just make sure to limit myself to one serving per day. I'm very happy with this product so far and will very likely purchase again.

We purchase this to help with the lactic acid build up my mom was experiencing post workout. It's helped this far and she hasn't had a flair up or a episode! It's nice that the dosing is so much smaller for this one vs the non concentrated! Easy to go down!

I did not purchase this for my use it was for my relative they were happy with the cherry juice and said it worked for their particular ailment.

As soon as I walk in the door, I like to pour a little bit in a wine glass and sip on it for hours. Absolutely deliciously tart.

Bought this to help me sleep. Read articles to drink this before going to bed and it would help induce sleep. I don't know if that helps, but I do like the taste a lot. I have tried other brands that were much more expensive, so great value.
