It isn't conclusive, as it could be coincidental, but after using, it seemed to relieve some pains. It could be coincidental, but I used it and experienced some relief.An important note, sometimes brand makes a difference. As Lily of the Desert aloe Vera gel helped some ailments, which I tried Walmart brand which did absolute nothing. I went back to Lily of the Desert, I again experienced some relief. I mention this as I've tried other cherry extracts w/o noticeable effect, which could have been just intensity of issues. Yet, with this, it seemed to help. Even if it is not a cure, relief of symptoms means a lot.

I mix it in flavored water for a treat. My wife uses it in her tea as a sleep add. So far it's working great for her.

This is a wonderful product in all ways except the packaging. I continue to buy because I love the product, but the leaking dark cherry juice all over my refrigerator is hard to tolerate.

It worked for what I bought it for. Actually I made little gummy bears out of it. Don't like a lot of sugar so this worked out just fine and they're a pretty color Thank you.

Needed for a health problem, took it a couple times. It is cherry tasting and mixes well. Problem went away, did it help who knows.

Strong tart cherry flavor. Now i have to wait for top round to go on sale for my Cherry Chipotle Beef Jerky. Can't wait.I'll also put a drop in a glass of water....nice flavor and no calories. I am a follower of WC Fields, Water, never touch the stuff, fish swim (at least that's one version) in it.

I bought this as it was reccomemded in a book on food and Mood; tart cherries good for sleep and anxiety and is concentrated so I use it by adding it to my seltzer water for a little tart kick.

I bought this to add to my Hibiscus tea to make a powerful elixir to lower blood pressure and joint pain. The tart cherry juice is purported to ease joint pain in some people. I think it was helpful and this is a very high-quality product, but it's 16 servings so would only last me 16 days. I can't afford the monthly cost to use it every day. That's the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. Maybe after the pandemic is over, the price will go down?

Excellent for joint relief. I fill a small Dixie cup each morning. My arthritis is very much improved. You can also mix with water, juice, or seltzer. The flavor is decent. An acquired taste.
