It definitely did live up to its reputation. Within an hour I was asleep. The thing that I liked it didn't cause me to have any grogginess when I woke up it didn't make me feel nohargic as I was going to sleep. I just kind of dozed off. Definitely is better. Had to add it to my juice in order to knock the flavor out but well worth it coming from someone that suffers from insomnia and does not sleep at night. I was actually able to get a full nights rest.

I started taking measured 2 T doses of this tart cherry juice last summer, after reading in an article online that it might stop nighttime cramps. Been taking it before bedtime about six months now, and I can vouch for that fact.Nowadays, I hardly ever wake up with painful cramps, and on the very few times when I have, they go away so much faster than before.Please keep making this particular juice available, because I want to continue taking it!

my kidney is much happier when I add this to my water, and my tap water really is drinkable with the tart cherry added.

Some folks say this is too tart to take without water. I didn't find it so...but then I don't drink sweet stuff anyway. It is tart, but the true (real) cherry flavor makes up for that. Not sure about pain relief (?) but it does seem to help with sleep.

I purchased this item because I have Issues with sleep. I saw On tiktok (don't judge me) that a double shot of this 30mins before bed will make you sleepy and help with continuous sleep. Let me just say, I've tried melatonin and over the counter sleep aids (zquil, gummies, pills). None worked! But THIS, this worked! I was Amazed! I felt Sleepy within 20minutes, and had great sleep through the night feeling refreshed in the morning! I Suffer from adhd, anxiety, depression, and ptsd making night very difficult! I was Having issues with my boyfriend saying I was “Vibrating” the bed bc when I try To settle down to sleep my whole mind and body are going a mile a minute. This literally stopped that completely. I will Say, if you fight the tired feeling it doesn't work as well. Best to go to sleep right when it's hitting. The taste isn't bad either. Just tangy sour tart, which you expect, but doesn't linger. And it's not a bad tart taste its a sweet tart taste.

My 21 year old daughter says this tart cherry juice really helps her sleep. She doesn't notice anything making her sleepy but she DEFINITELY sleeps better when she drinks a small amount before bed. :)

I just love this! One of my favorite things is to swirl it into my vanilla yogurt. It is like a real vanilla covered cherry with all the fresh picked juices, and not a syrupy sweet maraschino cherry, but the real deal - because it is! This is so healthy that I crave it even by itself sometimes.

I've always had insomnia. My mom even has horror stories from my newborn stage. I read about this helping some people and if you've ever suffered from insomnia you know the desperation. Worth a shot, right? First night it didn't help. But I've taken it every night since and it's been working very well. Better than anything I've used (including prescriptions) for as long as I can recall.

This Dynamic Health Organic Tart Cherry | Unsweetened 100 Juice Concentrate | Vegan, Gluten Free, BPA Free (16oz) tastes good! I add 2 tablespoons to a glass of Perrier water every day for my lunchtime drink. I'm using (and enjoying) it to keep my joints healthy. Even though it's a small bottle, it will last a good while since the recommended dosage is only 2 tablespoons daily. I've bought other brands and can say this is one of the best tasting.
