I like flavor. I drink somtimes. So i am not sure if it is pain relief as i don't take often but i learned tart cherry is good for health. And help sleeping issue. gonna repurchase again.

I haven’t tried it yet but I called the number on there to ask how much water do I mix with it and the lady said 6-8 ounces I hope this helps someone Update my dad has gout and said he feels good when he drinks it and he likes it with orange juice.

From tart cherries this concentrate is the most flavorful and surprisingly sweet (unlike other brands I tried) and without the addition of sugar! Was taken aback by the high price but the great flavor makes it worth it. Organic as well was the deal breaker and I will buy again.

This is exactly what I hoped it would be. Tart cherry concentrate. I flavor water or yogurt with it. Used mostly with beetroot powder. I dislike the threaded top, it drips after pouring and putting the lid back on.

I bought this for my gout and I have to say it did bring the swelling down on my foot. Can't imagine the other benefits from this cherry juice.
