I really enjoy it and the only really complaint I have is that when you take the hose out to reach things it pinches and loses some of the suction power. I might be doing something wrong but I hope I'm smarter than the tool

Excellent vacuum! Highly recommend!

I love it. It is my second Dyson ball.

This machine, while having ways to clean the filters, unlike my first Dyson, which will make it work better longer does not seem to be as sturdy. I personally could stand a little more weight for a more solid machine. It of course sucks like a Dyson. That is good.

Terrific suction power and is incredible at lifting cat /dog hair off carpet and mats. Be careful with mats as it will suck them up and damage backing.Love the power and easy manoeuvring.

I highly recommend this vacuum. I'm a 66 year old male with zero tolerance for poor quality equipment. I retired during the pandemic and with my wife working from home I decided to learn to do the housework until we were comfortable letting the housekeepers return. I started using our old Hoover and was disappointed in the performance. I did my due dilligence and found only solid reviews on this vacuum. It did take some getting used to since it is different from others but the learning curve was very short. The suction is incredible and is a godsend for our allergies. Dog hair is no match for this vacuum. The only fault I can report is that it is so powerful that it is impossible to use on very small rugs. It simply picks up the whole rug. That is a small drawback for all the other great qualities. It glides under the couch, beds and coffee table with no problem. The sensor to move from carpet to tile to carpet works great. A big thank you to the designers of this vacuum.
