The red button broke off of our original. It did still work, but would sometimes come loose. I was afraid that I would have to buy the whole canister, and much that would cost. This handle fit right on to the existing canister, and was worth the fix for a relatively expensive machine. I assume this is OEM. Looked the same and fit perfectly.

Fits just the original one. I purchased this and a new roller brush. Installed them on my ten-year-old Dyson and they work like new.

My Dyson canister was having difficulty staying on the vacuum. A quick inspection showed the spring-loaded latch wasn't engaging like it used to. I replaced the entire handle in 30 seconds without tools. Everything is as good as new. I expect many more years of service from my vacuum.

Exact OEM replacement for my Dyson 41 Animal. Takes about 10 seconds to install. My dust bin includes the long red extension already that allows the bin to open on the bottom.
