Works great, same readings as my higher end glass model, and I won't break this as often! Haven't tested it against a refractometer, but for what I need works perfect

I have a golf cart and can't get a filler into all the cells. This works perfectly with the narrow flexible tube. AND it's a hydrometer!

Easy to read and use, albeit the "fill to line" is not readily apparent and have to use some trial and error to find the proper fill point to get an accurate reading. Seems to operate equally well as the traditional "column" type hydrometer with the floating density type indicator.

This is a compact unit that requires no time to get used to. Seems fairly sturdy so should last. My dad had a hydrometer. This is my first and really helps when you have a golf cart.

I bought this hydrometer to check 12 batteries on my off-grid solar power system. Not sure I like this tool. The price is right and I may use it as a spare. I am unsure how well this unit measures the specific gravity. I ordered a nicer German made hydrometer, I'll be able to check for disparity in the measured acid specific gravity.

Now I can check the acid in the battery so I can see if it's bad or not. Before it was all guess work. Now I can be more sure. Works perfectly and easy to use too.

Perfect for my golf cart batteries. I use this to find the weak cell and I don't have to replace all six batteries at the same time. Easy to use, easy to read.
