Trash can is great but did out of function after 7 months, called customer service for technical assistance, no waiting on line with a real human voice, asked a few questions and concluded the cover was unfortunately dead. Product is under one year warranty and send me the replacement right away.

Good for keeping flying insects, roaches, rats and other critters away from the garbage inside the can

I purchased this due to the fact I have a smart pit who loves trash. I love that this is motion censored and has a lock to keep her out of it. Since getting the trashcan she hasn't been able to get into it. I love this trashcan and would recommend it if anyone has issues with dogs and trashcans

I've had this thing for over 2 years. Never had to change the batteries. Never had anything go wrong with it.

It still blows my mind this is 13 gallons. It takes up hardly any space in my kitchen but holds 13 gallons! I got it mainly for the scent saver as I have a sensitive nose. It is fantastic. I can walk right past it and not smell a thing

bought it in 2020, installed batteries. Still running on original batteries $$$ this thing is great!No complaints, easy to swap bags.

No dislikes thus far. We actually order this can again after we broke the previous one by plugging in the wrong adapter and it fried a resistor.I really like the option to plug it in or use batteries. The filter is nice as well.

I loved the trash can for it's convenience. It work smoothly for the first 3 months. Alas as with most sensor related objects, it started to malfunction and would open on its own. It's now useless and I am about to purchase a step on can which is what I should have done initially.

The decent-sized square mouth of this trash can makes it so easy not to accidentally get food on the floor. I never thought I would care about whether something is sensor-activated or not (it is just a trash can after all) but now I hate all the other traditional trash cans in my house and want to buy more of these. I've become spoiled for sure.The piece of plastic that you wrap the opening of your trash bag around keeps the trash bag from falling down with no effort. Doesn't matter how heavy the first thing you drop in it, it will stay in place, which is a first for me when it comes to trash cans.If you want to buy the charger, make sure you select that option when purchasing the trash can. I missed it and it's more expensive to buy separately after the fact than it is to order it with it. This was fine, however, because apparently a pack of 4D batteries is enough to keep it charged for 2-3 years according to the instructions. I think it's easier to replace batteries than to remember where you put that big random charger for your trash can that you bought 3 years ago, but hey, maybe that is just me.Anyway, if you're debating this, just do it!

Bought this trash can and adaptor plug 9 months ago and worked efficiently until last week when lid would not close. Followed the trouble shoot guide, even unplugged and inserted batteries to make sure lid was the culprit, lid stayed open. Contacted customer service and within a few days received a new lid with a $9.95 fee, so worth it. Great customer service that stands by it's product. Buy ITouchless!!

Both of these garage cans work great and are fingerprints proof free,and are so slient.

Like that is not round like the typical trash cans and like that it works with both batteries and plug in

This product is made well and very durable. I have been using for a while with the same batteries. Space saving size. Standard trash bags fit well. Very happy with my purchase.

I love this trash can so much. Gone are the days of stepping on a can only to have it open against a cabinet or wall and discolor it. This tech within this thing is pretty smart too because it senses like your iPhone, based on body heat. When you wave a sheet of cardboard over it, the can will remain closed, but you can hold your hand over it and it will remain open so long as you hand remains in place. Use with caution however because on more than one occasion this has closed whilst my husband and I have emptied a plate or serving dish into it which spoofs the food over the side of the can and then, it will sense your hand in the ensuing panic and fling open and launch your food everywhere. Nothing is perfect, except my cat, so totally get this trash can :)

These garbage cans were worth every penny! I live in a hot climate where the heat used to make our garbage reek in a matter of a day or two. We tried scented bags and other cans that claimed to keep the stink to a minimum, but none have ever worked to this level.The sleekness of this can also keeps the kitchen looking clean as opposed to the big rubber can appearance. It blends in really well.The motion sensor is also really nice because we only have to wave over it once to open the lid unlike other cans we've had.The battery life also seems to be going super strong. We're still on the same set we put in when we first bought it several months ago now and so I'm really pleased with that.I will eventually switch all of our garbage cans to this style.While I spent more on this product than others, it was definitely worth the extra investment .
