This product is made well and very durable. I have been using for a while with the same batteries. Space saving size. Standard trash bags fit well. Very happy with my purchase.

I love this trash can so much. Gone are the days of stepping on a can only to have it open against a cabinet or wall and discolor it. This tech within this thing is pretty smart too because it senses like your iPhone, based on body heat. When you wave a sheet of cardboard over it, the can will remain closed, but you can hold your hand over it and it will remain open so long as you hand remains in place. Use with caution however because on more than one occasion this has closed whilst my husband and I have emptied a plate or serving dish into it which spoofs the food over the side of the can and then, it will sense your hand in the ensuing panic and fling open and launch your food everywhere. Nothing is perfect, except my cat, so totally get this trash can :)

My can got here in record time. It worked for awhile and then all of a sudden it didn't. I changed the batteries but the lid only makes noise and doesn't open. I was very frustrated that I paid this much for this to happen.

These garbage cans were worth every penny! I live in a hot climate where the heat used to make our garbage reek in a matter of a day or two. We tried scented bags and other cans that claimed to keep the stink to a minimum, but none have ever worked to this level.The sleekness of this can also keeps the kitchen looking clean as opposed to the big rubber can appearance. It blends in really well.The motion sensor is also really nice because we only have to wave over it once to open the lid unlike other cans we've had.The battery life also seems to be going super strong. We're still on the same set we put in when we first bought it several months ago now and so I'm really pleased with that.I will eventually switch all of our garbage cans to this style.While I spent more on this product than others, it was definitely worth the extra investment .

This has been awesome. To just put my hand down to it and have it open and close automatically has been a dream come true. I do a lot of baking and always have egg shells that all I have to do with this, is take one step over, reach for the trash and it opens and closes on it's own. We had one of those swinging top ones before and things got dripped and the smell and fruit flies got out of control, making for having to change a trash bag before it was full. This trash can, has a deodorizer in it and the lid opens and closes tightly so no fruit flies get in. I am looking to buy a smaller one for my dryer lint and laundry trash. May cost more but, it is very worth it!!!!!

I use this in my weight room. This automatic lid lift is amazing and can put in scent filter n there. Stainless Steele look makes it look elegant. Definitely buy it

This thing is Incredible! It is compact, though fits a standard 13 gallon bag perfectly. I am almost at 2 years (Purchase Date March 2021) and I have had 0 issues! I originally used batteries which last surprisingly long, but AC Adapter was the way to go in the long run. Responds 100 of the time and love the locking feature as well as the inside can ring that prevents the bag from slipping (great idea). I highly recommend.

I replaced my old broken one with this product, which does everything I need. The sensor is quick enough to open, and there are manual buttons if you want to open the lid. Had it for two weeks, and the perfect addition to our kitchen

I purchased this about 1.5 years ago so this review is after it's been well used.I love the touchless design. Super handy and sanitary! In the end, it's a garbage can so there's just so much I can say about that.In the time I've had it, I've only had to replace the batteries twice so it does run off of a single battery for a long time. If that doesn't sound like a long time to any of you, it opens and closes frequently; partly because of where we have it in the kitchen - we walk past it so closely that it opens and closes pretty much every time we have to walk past it - that's on us and solely because of where it lives.We did recently have an issue with the lid not working as it should. The support team was extremely fast in responding and doing everything necessary to help me get things working again. I appreciate service like that and it makes me recommend this even more.

I like not having to open and shut with my hands. Just wave in front of it and it opens and closes. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 was because the top was made with plastic not of metal like I thought. I should have read further.

This worked wonderfully for one week. One. Then the automatic lid just stopped opening. It is a great size and it's on rollers so when the lid worked it was perfect. I hope it's repairable.

I didn't get the plug and it works good but the odor bag doesn't really help but I really like the trash can
