Ok I needed a shorter trash can for under a counter. Did not even think about self opening trash can till I found this one. Took a chance on a $100 trash can. I love it. So glad I picked this one. The motion sensor work great. I would definitely buy again.

Item was delivered with bent bin and lid does not fit. Also bought new batteries but the entire system is not working. I can hear loose parts moving inside when moving it sot it is broken. They advertise odor eliminator but did not come in the box. Not sure how many things can go wrong in one item. Will return today and look for better item.

I bought the trash can but for some reason it didn't come with the filter even though I got the odor filter. The company was nice enough to fix this issue and just send me the part. The trash can seems to work great and the customer support feedback was very quick as well.

It's shorter than I would like but it fits the tall kitchen trash liners really well. My dog has figured out if he walks up to it, the lid will open.

I really love this trashcan. I do wish I would have purchased the adapter and plug because the batteries seem to run out fast in my household. However that could also be that we have a walking 1 year old that loves to explore. Will be purchasing that a bit later. But it works great for us and is somewhat weighted, so it won't knock over easily

I have had the itouchless for over 5 years. This is only the 2nd time I've had to buy a new on as my kid bent the lid all the way back and broke the unit. Within 2 hours of it breaking I already had a new one ordered as you get so used to not having to open a lid, and getting germs everywhere it's just amazing.
