After being allergic to the sleeves with the cord, I got this pair thinking I could slip them over my glasses frame for security. That was so uncomfortable and not realistic. Instead I used the rings as the connector so I could use a latex-free cord to secure my hearing aids in case they fell off. Basically a diy version of the other sleeves they sell.
