This thing does a great job of wicking moisture away. Batteries are lasting twice as long and the inside of my phonak audeo 90 stays dry. That being said the microphone on the narrow end cannot respond normally so there is some muffling of sound. The top microphone works great.

These sweat guards fit my Phonak hearing aids well. Summer sweating will show how protective they are...

I love everything about this product except the part that goes over your eye glasses isnt stretchy so it only fits small frame arms. My current glasses are too big. It works out this time because I just ordered new glasses with narrower arms. Also the clip isnt a squeeze to open. Its a pull lever, slip open grasp on clothes, then clamp it shut. It wouldnt be a big deal except that it goes in the back of your shirt and is a bit clumsy putting on and removing. The cloth made my hearing aids much more comfortable and having them on a string made it less likely for me to lose them if they accidentally come out of my ears.

... easy to install. You don't have to remove the speaker, just the dome.(Unless your speaker is over a quarter of an inch.) If they are then you have gigantic ears. (tic) Just manipulate the speaker to the small opening, stretch it and pull the speaker through. They don't inhibit the sound at all. They also really block the wind noise. I think I'll just keep them on all the time instead of just using them just on the baseball field. I'll update if my opinion changes with more experience.

I really like Ear Gear! They work very well in preventing a lot of moisture getting into your hearing aid. I had a couple problems that required me needing to stretch it - to get it past the microphone near the ear hook and to be able to adjust the volume up and down.

I needed this bc I work outside and my hearing aids keep quiting from sweat. If that is why you want this, DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME! they are cool looking and comfortable, but not water resistant or repellent at all, they cannot even be waterproofed! Its comparable to spandex. If you need to waterproof your hearing aids, go with shrink tube for wires, or possibly tiny balloons. The shrink tube works, I've already tried it, but ends up getting gummy stuff on your hearing aids, so I'm trying balloons next. I repeat DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY ON THIS IF SWEAT IS YOUR PROBLEM!

I first tried the reverse mounting method. While that was easy, it did not help with wind noise because the front mics on my Kirkland KS10s were still exposed. When using the normal install method, wind noise is substantially reduced, even when riding my bike, while not affecting clarity at all. Taking them on and off with the regular method was a real pain so now I just leave them on all the time and slide them up to recharge. The mounting seam is on the top of the aids and interferes with using the hearing aid buttons. But you can slide the seam over a bit and then the buttons work as normal. It seems like having the seam on the bottom would work much better, but Im sure there must be a design reason it is on top. All in all, they work really well. A bit expensive for what they are, though, but thats to be expected for a niche product like these.

This is a practice hearing aid lanyard for just about anyone who wears one. Recommended for elderly who do not have dementia as the hearing aid will get lost as a residual of their condition.

Expensive for what you get. I bought to reduce wind noise in my hearing aids while riding my ebike. They help but not as much as I had hoped for.
