Mission: East Tennessee Spay & Neuter exists solely to end the use of killing as a method of population control for companion animals by providing innovative programs to help pet owners, especially low-income pet owners, keep their pets healthy and out of the shelter.
Results: Over 3,700 pets spayed or neutered and vaccinated; nearly 600 pets receive two-weeks' worth of food every month.
