Mission: The provision of free complete restorative dental services, preventative dental education, and free oral/denture health care supplies to economically disadvantaged, dentally challenged disabled or elderly eastern Oklahomans.

Geographic areas served: 918 and 539 area codes

Programs: free complete restorative and preventive dental care to eastern Oklahomans who are mentally/physically disabled or elderly living living on fixed incomes without any savings, IRA's, etc. . . who have no other means to pay for dental care.
