I bought this pump in the fall of 2017 to drain rain water from my driveway I noticed it had a vibration while running from the time I unboxed it but installed it anyway and it seemed to run fine and do the job untill the spring of 2020 when it stopped working I figured out it was tripping the gfci that it was plugged into but would still operate on a non gfci plug so it leads me to believe the interior of the motor or switch has been compromised with water I have since ordered a replacement of a different brand.
