First time using this barley malt and it's delicious. I first used this in my sourdoughs, then started using in my sweeter baked goods and I love it! Eden again has pulled off a wonderful and delicious product I intend on using regularly now. I recommend trying this for a lower glycemic choice to use in a plethora of food recipes. Dani
