The best gauge for a product is would you order again? Simple answer is Yes, and I have... again and again. The shorts look good, wear well, the reorders aren't because of failures or issues, just more flexibility with colors and having clean clothes always at the ready.I'm in the southwest and wear shorts constantly. I'm in a relatively technical field; having my phone at all times is imperative. The pocket for the phone alone makes these shorts perfect. I never sit on the phone, its never in my lap, it rests nicely at the side in its own side pocket. If I've placed the phone on a desk, I can use the same pocket for tools (scissors, screw driver, wrench, box cutter) without the worry of getting jabbed.

Look, I don't claim to be the epitome of style. When I purchased these shorts I was looking for a comfortable casual option for when gym shorts just wouldn't do. These fit the bill. They are fairly comfortable and low maintenance. There is room in the thigh which is a problem that I run into with this type of cut normally. There is a little stretch similar to the slacks, it's not going to blow your mind, but it might keep you from blowing them out the first time you try to climb into the bed of your truck. Also these are mens length. They fall right at the knee and don't make me feel like I need to constantly pull the legs down.
