The jacket is comfortable and warm.The sizes are a bit larger than expected, but on the other hand if worn with something underneath it'd still be very comfortable. I'd say my medium is medium plus (I mean, it's not L yet, but almost). My brother ordered the S and it didn't fit both of us (wasn't as small as a regular S, but too tight for a jacket).

Wind and rain proof shell. Comfortable fitting fall / winter jacket.

Update: I got a medium this time which is a little loose fitting on me but the quality seems to be way better. Better stitching so the collar stays down now. Hopefully when I wash it it'll shrink just a tad since my size is always between a small and medium.Threads sticking out at front near the zipper, collar stitching is botched so the collar won't stay down. At current this is not acceptable quality for a Columbia Jacket. I literally have a $30 Walmart jacket that is better quality than this ..

Very nice fall/spring jacket but the zipper is cheap. It zips up fine but disengages after it is zipped. Very annoying. I expected higher quality from Columbia. My bad.

I bought one before and this second one has problems when I try to get the zipper on, it gets stuck.

I bought this to replace a very similar Columbia jacket that I had for years. Just like the old one, it fits perfectly, feels great, and is comfortable in a very wide range of temperatures.I did not give it 5 stars because of a single design change they made. The old jacket was stretchy at the wrist, making it easy to get either my bare hand or a gloved hand through. For some reason, they made this jacket have a velcro at the wrist. Now, I have to adjust it for if I have gloves or not. Also, snow and velcro do not mix well. Lastly, velcro wears out over time. This one design change lost a star for me.
