Good quality for the price. I bought it as a gift for my dad and he wears it all the time. He's broad shouldered and has big upper arms so maybe size up depending on your measurements so that it fits with room to move.

I am between short and regular. To find cloths that fit exact is not possible. This vest for me works and is comfortable. For 5'4 it's a close as you can get that looks great
