We purchased this jacket/coat as a Christmas gift for my dad it is his favorite color number one and number two it is delightfully lightweight well being incredibly warm and water resistant and he has not stopped wearing it since he opened it on Christmas he absolutely loves it and what's really nice about it is that if you are going out to attend some kind of semi-formal event he can wear this as his jacket and still look really nice upon arrival instead of looking slightly slubby as many jackets like this do make you look.

Fit is fine, large size at 160lbs and 5'10 44 reg. Ok for 60 degrees, maybe 50 if active or good base. We are a wet cold and 5o feels like 30 dry cold. Advantage over a light weight fleece is extremely small packable size.

Sleeves are a little long and I wish the waist had drawstrings or other adjustment to fit better.not quit as warm as I hoped but it will be good in the house or under another jacket when it's really cold

I purchased a blue jacket last year and really liked it. Fit for me was perfect and I liked that it was a lighter weight and easy to stow. The jacket also has very deep pockets both on the outside and on the inside. These are great for carrying all kinds of items. I recently purchased the same jacket in Black. Both were satisfactory.

This was my second attempt at getting a jacket that was bi enough to fit me comfortably without being heavy and bulky. This coat passed with flying colors!!!! It's extremely comfortable and I actually got too hot and had to unzip it to cool off. It has 4 pockets. Two with zipper closure on the outside and 2 pouch pockets on the inside. (The pouch pockets are big enough for me to carry my 5 pound cat!) My only caution is that the jackets are a little bigger than normal. I purchased a 5xl tall (which is my normal) but I could easily fit in a 4xl taii. All in all I'm very happy with my purchase.
