I wasn't sure how this jacket would hold up on our world travels so I held off on writing a review BUT I think it's time.Pros: Size medium purchased for both me and my husband. I am 5'4 (busty) and it's length is just below my hips (mid butt). Which is great when you sit, it won't ride up. Fit is enough for a long sleeve and sweater underneath. Jacket is light weight and the fold up bag it comes with is perfect for travel. The jacket has deep pockets on the inside as well as deep zip up pockets on the outside. All four pockets are about the same size but to give you an idea of the depth of one pocket; I can fit: cell phone, gloves, and wallet/coin purse. Does not distort shape in wash, hang dry.We were able to wear this jacket on the Cotopaxi volcano view point (not the summit). I wore this jacket in 30-50F (0-20C). Keep in mind the benefit to the jacket is you can layer. If you are looking for a jacket that will keep you warm and compact this is a great jacket.Cons: If you are looking for a ski coat or winter coat this is not that type of coat. There isn't a loop to hang the jacket. After 7 months of use the zipper teeth sometimes do not align. Easily fixed by rezipping jacketIn conclusion, considering the excessive use and multiple washes the jacket is a great purchase.

Fits my husband just right, looks good the only thing is the zipper keeps opening from the bottom up

I am a 5 ft 4, 150 pound woman. I wanted this large as an over sweater jacket, so I ordered men's large. Fits perfect.....WITHOUT a sweater. I love this jacket though, just watch the sizing.

I wear a 3xl and can sometimes wear a 2xl. 2xl tall usually fits perfect. I ordered 2xl because it was the largest available and it was too small. If it had fit I would have kept the jacket because it was good enough for a great price. It is a little heavier and stiffer than the 32 degree jacket (which fit the same) but not so much that I would choose the 32 degree over this one.

Everything about purchases like this is about the price and quality. Given that I would recommend purchasing this again because it was cheap and it's actually pretty warm it's just probably not that durable. I am 511 and 185 lb and a large it fits quite well.Would I buy it again yes, would I give it as a gift, no.

If you workout or just naturally have a broad chest and shoulders, I recommend that you size up on this one. It gets pretty tight around the armpits when you try to reach for stuff with this jacket on. It's just unfortunate that it gets baggy around the waist when you size up but at least you won't look like a clown with sleeves riding half way up your forearm when you try to reach for things and looking like your upper chest is about bust the zipper apart. Warmth-wise, it'll keep you warm in 50F temps with just a long sleeve on underneath, 40F temps if you layer a light fleece or wool pullover underneath.Personal preference, I know everyone handles temperatures differently

This jacket seems fine. It's very light and whatever filling is used, it's minimal to the point of feeling insubstantial. The packaging, however, was poor. The jacket was lying on top of the plastic bag it should have been inside of. It also was so full of static it needed to be treated in the dryer with fabric sheets before it could be worn.

This is a light weight winter jacket perfect for layering.I pair it with fleece and polyester thermal undershirt for long winter walks in sub freezing temps with a stiff wind off the river. I bought it to replace my lightweight down because it should hold up to repeated washings.
