I have tried so many vests over the years and never kept them because they always felt bulky and made me look larger. This vest is the best!!!! I bought the black and the tan in XL and they fit perfectly when I wear them with shirts. If I want to wear them with a sweater I will buy more in XXL. Having these vests has given me so many more options of outfits now. I couldn't be happier.

I have purchased this vest in several colors. They are cute and stylish. I wear them over a sweater for an extra layer.It is not a substitute for a warm jacket, but just adds to an outfit.Pockets are great!You might want to size up especially if worn over a wool or bulky sweater.

This is not a vest for anyone hiking the Appalachians who needs warmth but it is warm enough for skirting around town, outdoor chores, gardening. I usually wear a petite XL but got the XXL in this because I don't like fitted clothing and I wanted room for a sweater or sweatshirt underneath. I got the navy blue and the dark olive green colors and both fit very well. I'm glad I sized up because it fits perfectly with enough room for a sweater and doesn't look too large for me. It's not bulky at all. I really like that these vests are not shiny and noisy. They have a really tasteful matte finish similar to microfiber and seem to be of good quality. I haven't washed mine yet so I can't comment on how it will hold up but I don't plan to agitate it in my washing machine because I don't want the fill to get lumpy. I'll just let it soak and manually control the rinse and spin options and dry on low or drip dry.

Just what I was looking for. I love the fit and the color is beautiful for fall. I ordered a large for more versatility, I can wear a light sweater or a coat for extra warmth. I am very happy with this vest.I ordered a Large so I can layer it, but a medium would also work well for a tighter fit.

I order an XL, because I often struggle with Jackets fitting right. I should have gone with an L, since it doesn't come with a belt or anything so, if you go a little too large, you just look fat. 5' 3 40 bust, 29 waist.
