I love this product. I have a puppy who chews, this product has saved me from replacing so many wooden fixtures in my home! Put it on, smooth, dry, sand and paint. Makes your wood look like new. I am a mid 30's mom of two toddlers and was able to use this product alone with the kids home, which means it really is super simple! I buy tubes and always have one on hand for a quick fix.

Standard wood filler but this stuff tends to be easier to use because it is not dry and crumbly. Just squeeze out of the tube and fill the hole. Use a straight-edge tool if needed. Easy to sand once dry. White is easy to paint afterward and will not bleed through.

I removed a TP holder from my bathroom vanity. This product filled four holes cleanly and was easy to sand down; and weeks later, I still haven't noticed any problems with the area I repaired. Recently, I also did a Dutchman patch in the strike plate area of an entry door jamb and used it to repair joins and gaps. It looks like it is doing a good job here too.

Wasn't sure when I bought this if this would be useful as a filler to hold wood screws. Used this product to fill holes on kitchen cabinets that had enlarged with time. Worked great! Has a nice consistency to fill deep not-so-wide holes. Will buy again when I run out of the current tube.

New place in the USA and all of a sudden I am developing skills I never 'invested in' - that is besides becoming an expert in garden and garden tools, ha haThis is an item I keep purchasing here, especially when they have offers for 3 as I do not trust the big packages that might dry when opened and not used fully.This item is white, dries white and blends great on my walls as I keep repairing or doing up stuff that was badly done by the previous owner - they all use excuses for stuff badly done, don't they? As if you do not have medical problems just like them.

Sorry for no pic. I'm a bit lazy. This worked out perfectly! We bought a little place in Florida to work from home in winter and avoid 13 inches of snow in Ohio. The whole place is this blond colored paneling. Am I living the salt life now?We bought it fully furnished from Canadian snowbirds. They left all the various paintings and wall art. They also left an insane amount of nail holes in the paneling. It's like hesitation wounds you hear about in a crime show. Seriously, one three foot section had 18 holes and X marks.I think I happened upon the perfect color (natural). It covered all 17 million nail holes perfectly.I'm sure the appropriate tool is in the fully-stocked tool shed but I went with a paper towel. I cut the tip off (that review is hysterical) and squeezed ball in each hole then wiped with a paper towel. The holes are nearly invisible.

In the USA, we have a sad tendency to define everything by use before anything else. Manufacturers create a thing and you, slave, are ordered to use it ACCORDING TO THE LABEL. In fact, some labels tell you that not using the product according to directions is a FEDERAL CRIME. Sheesh! I know they're trying to discourage huffing but really-- are we just sheep or what? This is a fine, plastic fuller putty that can be used for model building or any other use where a filler that can be wiped away with a damp cloth would be handy. It dries HARD and can be SANDED. The characteristics would allow this great product to be used on ALL KINDS of ways BUT the label says WOOD FILLER and some people will believe that it can ONLY be used for that. I know you old guys are laughing at this-- but younger people are easily confused by our crazy labeling. Seriously-- what is wrong with selling a product to MULTIPLE uses? I suppose that one day, paste for gluing paper will be repackaged and sold as EDIBLE PASTE with a warning that failure to follow label instructions is A FEDERAL CRIME! Shut up and eat your paste!

So cost per amount of use is not cheap.BUT this product quickly dries to a hard, yet sandable and paintable, filler which very effectively fills nail holes and other imperfections in your surface. AND my experience has been that I don't seem to need as much filler as when using other similar, but softer, products.SO overall I am pleased with this filler product and will be buying more.

This was so easy to use. Dried up very nicely. My niece (6) and nephew (8) insisted on helping with my project and we did not make a huge mess. This does not drip, very easy to wipe up when over-applied, and then paints very easily.

I am using it to fill nail holes on interior wood (not mdf) trim. Trim is painted white. You can sand or wipe with a wet rag. An issue I have experienced with other white fillers is showing through white paint even after multiple coats. Not a problem with Elmer's. Only caveat is it can be difficult to squeeze at times, especially if cut the tip finer/smaller or if the cap is left off. But that seems common with similar products also. I will definitely continue to purchase. No issues cleaning off hardwood flooring or tile.

Fixed a thumb sized chip on my IKEA desk. Spread this stuff on it, taped on some thin cardboard to form it, and finally used 3 different grits of sand paper to sand it down smooth. Super easy to sand, just turns into white powder. Though this stuff is pretty soft even after 2 weeks of drying compared to real wood. If you press down lightly with your fingernail, it will leave a mark on it.
