Eminence's Alpha 3-32 3" is a versatile compact full-range driver perfectly suited for tight fitting pro audio line array and column array applications. An 8.3 oz ferrite magnet used in conjunction with an internal neodymium bucking magnet increases the sensitivity and extends the response out to 20kHz. The highly pressed cone sandwiches paper with a layer of water-resistant polypropylene for increased stiffness and lower distortion. With such high efficiency and wide frequency response this driver would also be an excellent choice for small portable speaker systems.

This speaker sounds good, and meets its T/S parameters! However, due to the butyl rubber surround, it must be broken in for about 12 hours with a peak to peak excursion of 1/8 at a low frequency. (I used 19 Hz so I didn't hear it ) After that I put it in a small sealed box and it worked as predicted, and sounded good.
