Mission: We empower mature adults to reach their desired employment potential by:Providing personalized employment assistance Strengthening partnerships with employers and the community Promoting awareness through advocacy and education

Results: We are moving our services into an electronic 24/7 access, providing job information to our clients.

Target demographics: Any central Ohio individual 50 years of age and older.

Direct beneficiaries per year: We serve approximately 1,100 new clients years, plus 3,000 current clients.

Geographic areas served: Central Ohio

Programs: Registration into our program provides clients with access to posted positions and those employers targeting mature, experienced job seekers. We also provide an annual Senior Career Expo, that includes both hiring employers and a series of employment workshops. We provide specialized programs, such as our "65+ JobSeekers Workshop Series" to assist those 65 and over who are chronically unemployed.
