I was originally disappointed with these mounts. I had read where people had issues with using them or tightening them on tool handles.1. Make sure you have the correct size, the original may be too big.2. The outer end/ finger of the mount MUST go through the hole in the buckle or tab end.If you follow those simple rules they work great. Initially my axe handle was a loose fit, once I used the mount correctly it not only held the tool tightly, but was MUCH easier to cinch down. As long as the rubber lasts a while I think these are a fantastic product that actually works as advertised, that is rare these days! And they mount with ONE 10 flat head screw, less holes in mounting plates or in my case my trailer wheel arch.

Mounted quickly and easily. Held my recovery shovel perfectly even on the freeway. I'm going to use the second set to mount an axe.

Description says good for 1 - 2-1/4. NOT THE CLAMPS I RECEIVED!I have shovels with 2 dia handles and they will NOT in these holders. With the clamp empty and relaxed, the opening is 1 3/8. Once clamp is mounted on the wall, it's impossible to open the clamp beyond about 1.625. If you can get the shovel in the clamp, the strap that locks the clamp closed doesn't reach the slotted tabs on the other side to secure whatever you are trying to put in the holder.Also, I wonder how these will work when the temp is 20 or below. At room temp the rubber is VERY stiff.They won't work for me. Going in the trash!

These are very low quality. The rubber feels like its dry rotted right out of the package. The straps only go to the first setting due to a design flaw. I mounted them, took them off immediately and they went in the trash.

id like these better if it had a double mounting hole instead of a single they tend to turn when traveling and the material starts to crush when tightend due to the soft nature if the design

These are quite handy. The latching mecanism takes a bit of getting used to but it works well.

I own a pool cleaning company and have a set of these on all 4 trucks. Keeps the extension pole nice and tight against the truck.

Great product. Squared away a huge mess in the back of my truck. I ordered more . To get my other truck organized. Stuff no longer goes every where in my truck . Drive a lot of rough roads. Perfect product for the outdoorsman and farmer. Which I am both.

Great quality and great alternative to Grey Man Tactical mounting system. Bought to mount a flashlight to my grey man tactical truck molle system. My only con is it does not come with hardware (no option) to mount it to molle system. Tried a metal plate with 10 bolt from Home Depot. I could not get it tight enough. Ended up using two zip ties and slide them through the two holes. Works well, but time will tell. I hope this helps.
