You will need a hydraulic press to help you remove the old and install these new bushings. There a little tricky to press in the new ones but not to bad just take your time you will be very happy with the out come. My Jeep Wrangler JK feels better going down the road no more death wobble. I also installed a track bar brace with this kit.

Using a standard ball joint press:1) Press the old bushings and sleeves out of the track bar.2) Press the new sleeves into the track bar to the recommended position. Grease the inside of the metal sleeve with supplied grease. (!) Do not grease the poly bushing at this time.3) Prep the poly bushing by inserting the ungreased inner sleeve about halfway into the poly bushing. (!) Do not grease the poly bushing or the inner sleeve at this time.4) Press the ungreased poly bushing into the greased outer sleeve with the inner bushing sticking about halfway out. (I used a standard ball joint press to press the poly bushing in, pressing only on the poly and allowing the inner metal sleeve to pass through the center hole in the press tool.)5) Once the poly bushing is pressed all the way into the outer sleeve, remove the inner metal sleeve, grease it, and press it into the poly bushing. That should do it. I did it with a standard ball joint press and everything went smoothly. The two key steps are to not grease the poly bushing at all, only the inside of the outer sleeve, and press the ungreased poly bushing in with the inner sleeve sticking about halfway out. If you grease the poly bushing at all, it will fight you the whole way. If you grease the inner sleeve before pressing the poly bushing in, it will just slip out. Good luck!

This is the second set of these I have installed on a lifted Jeep. They work. However, getting the old ones out and these installed is an enormous pain. You will need either a shop press (preferred) or a large bench vise.
