Good meter for most all functions but inductive pick-up for RPM measurement is junk. Move on if that's your main reason for this meter.

Meter is ok. I feel like it's a little slow sometimes. I had an older one that stopped working that was more responsive. Otherwise it's a nice unit. Back light would be nice!

I researched devices before choosing this one. It has most of the features that a DIY type like me needs: DV volts, current, resistance, and temperature. I need this mainly for automotive maintenance. The instrument face has large print, making it easy to read from short distances. The gauge is also adjusts scale automatically. There is no need to hunt between different voltage and resistance settings (10, 100, 1000, etc). The probes mount to the side of the unit to simplify storage. It also shuts off automatically after 10 minutes if not used. An audible warning sounds before doing so. The storage pouch is made of quality materials and should last the life of the unit, if not abused.

This is a great meter, it is just too,difficult for a guy like me. The controls are definitely made for the professional who completely understand and works this meter often. I wish I would have bought the 3320 which a little bit easier to use. Again, still a great meter.
