Update: The bottle came today and it was wet, like the whole pacage seen inside was wet... there is still some liquid inside the bottle (half?) but like seriously was happy to get this only to be sadden.

Wonderful product I use it to get crusty eye boogies from customers dogs. I saturate the eye corner. Let it soak in and it softens the eye goop and it can be cleans leaving no sore and dog happy

I'm a groomer and use this to rinse dog's eyes after shampooing their head with gentle shampoo. Love this stuff.

hard to use. Come out too fast. Hard to get inside eyelid. He is a a Mastiff with eyelid that roll in.
