This was a birthday gift for hubby since I keep stealing his hammer for my craft and garden projects. Now he has a fancy hammer I won't take. He says it has a good feel to it. Wrapped handle a plus.

Very nice hammer, great tried and true vintage design. The hammer looks good overall, and it will hold up for years to come for the low price of 30 dollars. The only complaint are the stupid stickers on it. Best part about it is that its Made in the USA. I would recommend this hammer.

I bought a Stanley hammer!! After hitting one nail I had chip marks all over the face of the hammer!!!! Took a closer look made in China stamp found on the hammer it had an American hickory handle with a Chinese made head!!! Should have just used the American hickory handle to pound the nail in!!! So I purchased this bad boy here!!! Let me just say this QUALITY!!!!!!! USA Made!!! Worth every red cent!! You can't break this hammer if you tried!! Best if all no chips after multiple abusive hits lol!!! Love the leather handle!!! Love the 20oz head!!! Will never need to buy another hammer again!!! Buy buy buy!!!!!!

This is the Rolex of hammers. It just looks and feels great. It makes you want to build things just for the sake of using it. Well worth the money and I will definitely hand it down one day to one of my lucky kids.

Ooh Mann You should see the looks on the boys faces when I swing this Hammer around. Just other day co worker tried to use it.. dude turned into gollum right before my eyes when I asked for it back. He didn't want to give back his precious.

To start, Estwing hammers, through the years haven't changed much because they don't have to. I'm 72 and I still have my 20 oz. Blue handle smooth framing hammer purchased in ‘67. I now have 7 different types of Estwing blues to go with my first leather, straight claw, just purchased. What a beauty! At this point I can't speak to it's toughness, but again, it's been around a while in Estwing's lineup-says a lot. I can say that this hammer feels good in the hand and is properly weight balanced for efficient nailing and ease of effort.

itll last a lifetime. feels great, works well, cant do that much more than a cheaper or even more expensive hammer. but does its job great
