Very satisfied. I am a professional window cleaner, and I have been using REACH extension poles for 30 years. Heavy duty quality, very dependable.

Study 3section twist-to-lock pole with end grip works great for cleaning pads used on my RV. It's sturdy enough to do a good job. I expect to take care and have it for years to come. It is more expensive and seems better quality / longer than others I shopped.
