I bought this book for my daughter when she was in 6th grade. She loved it. It gave her tips on how to read the passage and direct her to complete the strategy practice activity on her own. The daily exercise is not very long so that she was able to adapt into her daily homework easily. Overall, I am very happy for my daughter's progress on her reading skills. Highly recommend it.

Excellent. We bought this book for a kid who was struggling in English after using this book he Scored 80. This book has very interesting short stories which increases there knowledge while they are practicing English. So you don't have do two different task with kids.
