Overall, I am not pleased by this product or this website.
There are no available colors other than yellow with black numbering, even though their product page shows a red die with white numbering and they added "Color may vary." to the product description. I consider this to be grossly inaccurate since I was informed that they only have yellow with black numbers. As of this review, that means there are 17 available, all yellow with black numbers.
The numbers on the yellow die are also not filled in very well. The black line under the '9' is not colored at all. There are misshaped spots on several of the other numbers— as if someone doesn't know how to color inside the lines fully —and the '16' had a big gap at the bottom of the '6'.
When I was talking to OpenTip customer service about this product, "Edward" was curt and unprofessional. He made no attempts at all to rectify this situation.
Considering that the cost of shipping is more than twice the cost of the item, it does not make any financial sense to return this product for a refund.
I am not likely to ever buy anything from OpenTip again, and I am likely to warn my friends and family not to shop here either.
