This was purchased to go onto a chop saw. Added an adjustable switch to the chop saw so I'm able to reduce the blade rpm. Works so much faster than the stable band saw and is more accurate / true than the hand held band saw. Smooth cuts, no real heat after the cut.

This blade worked excellent for two cuts on oilfield pipe then got dull. Went back to standard cut off wheel.

I used this blade on my Dewalt DW872 to build my outdoor kitchen. It fits the saw perfectly. It cuts easily. Right through 20ga steel. I also used it on heavier 16ga and it was just as effective. It will also go right through a 4x4 post with ease. Go slow through metal and it works great. It is actually better than the Dewalt blade.

In the past, I have not had good results with carbide tipped metal cutting circular blades but this one is absolutely fantastic. On the left, are cuttings from a traditional abrasive blade. Notice the sharp edges leftover. We then traditionally have to grind over the edges so nobody gets cut. On the right side is a cut with the evolution blade... Aside from taking less than half the time for the actual cut there is no post grinding cleanup.Unlike an abrasive blade, there are no razor sharp edges to deal with... on the other hand, MAKE SURE that you wear face and arm protection. the metal chips are larger and sharp.I will report back later about durability.
