In the past, I have not had good results with carbide tipped metal cutting circular blades but this one is absolutely fantastic. On the left, are cuttings from a traditional abrasive blade. Notice the sharp edges leftover. We then traditionally have to grind over the edges so nobody gets cut. On the right side is a cut with the evolution blade... Aside from taking less than half the time for the actual cut there is no post grinding cleanup.Unlike an abrasive blade, there are no razor sharp edges to deal with... on the other hand, MAKE SURE that you wear face and arm protection. the metal chips are larger and sharp.I will report back later about durability.
